Excellent service. Fast and great that they take you to the hotel for free. They were on time and it saves you over three hours of boat. Great. Worth every dollar.

we went from Bali to Gili Trawangan, and they go relaxed, fast and efficient. They have aircon indoor and windblowing sundeck for fastview and pictures. They go to Lombok also and other cities on the way. Lombok might be me choise to join them next time, Michael

BleWater Express made my transition from Bali to Gili super smooth. Punctual pick up, they even waited for us in the morning. Friendly and professional staff. Onboard they hand out bottled water and mints, and also some pills for seasickness. Comfortable and spacious boat. All in all great service!

Spend the extra money and go with blue water. Honestly it's worth it. Other companies leave you sitting on the Dock no idea what's going on, blue water have fanned area to wait away from the crowds (at padang bai and gilli T not sure about others), lead you directly to the boat and give you water as soon as you get on. You can also purchase beer and chips. I felt very safe the whole time. Staff were very nice and made sure everyone knew when to get off.

We went from Padang Bai (Bali) to Gili Air and were very pleased with the whole very well organized transportation and the super friendly staff.
The only thing was that it got super hot inside the boat, and we couldn’t sit outside at first due to that we didn’t want to get fried by the sun, and then the stormy weather came from nowhere. But the crew were so helpful and gave us cold towels to cool down.
All in all we are very satisfied with Blue Water Express, a reasonable price and we felt very safe by going with them.
