Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park
Stand up above the peninsula hill, with possibility vision access up to 20km to the highlight of Bali strategic location. GWK or Garuda Wisnu Kencana is a holy statue as character of one Hindu Gods of Vhisnu. Finished on August 2018 and validated as a present to Indonesian anyversary on 73rd Independent day. The statue of Garuda Wisnu Kencana is designed and created by one of Balinese Artisant Mr. I Nyoman Nuarta from Ubud.

Uluwatu Temple
The amazing temple located in south west of the Paradise Bali island. Stand above the indian ocean the high cliff of Pecatu, presented an amazing view of Sunset from the high spot view point. The holy area can be seen from the wall side surrounding the area of the temple. The visitor must wear a sarong as provided to visit the Uluwatu temple area as restriction and women on period is not allowed to visit the main holy area

This was a full day private tour with our guide Kadek Nanda. He was great and really made sure that we had a lovely time on the day. He has good knowledge of the cultural aspects of the temples and will be able to take you to the views and areas that will most interest you. We covered a number of areas that day and was able to get you to all the spots in the allotted time.
The day started with pick up at 10:30am at our hotel, first stop was the Sea Walker, followed by coffee tasting and GWK. We then went for lunch at a local Warung and finished up at the Vishnu Temple with breath taking views where we saw a traditional Kecak rendition of Rama and Sita. The day ended at 19:00 and we were dropped back at the hotel.

What really made this day trip amazing was our tour guide Nyoman. He was very knowledgeable and made our day run so smoothly. He was early to our pickup location and from there drove us to the Seawalking place. While there he watched our stuff, educated us on some things to expect and sent us off with a smile! The seawalking was mediocre - they give you bread to feed the fish while you are down there. You don’t go very far under but enough that your ears hurt and you need to pop them. The helmets are impressive and the oxygen comes out of the top of the helmet. When down in the water there is a railing made of wood and it’s attached to the sea floor. The coral is all dead in this area but the fish are neat. Afterwards we added on an optional tour to Turtle Island, that was amazing!! We saw turtles of all ages, got to pet and hold them and then also saw many other interesting animals too! When we arrived back Nyoman was waiting for us and took us to the GWK Park where he swiftly took care of all the tickets and as we walked around he took photos for us and explained the history and culture! We then went to the fire dance and temple. The views were incredible and as we explored Nyoman got us tickets! We had no wait in line and the dance was amazing! Afterwards we were given the option to be brought to a restaurant for supper, we said yes but decided against it when the cheapest thing on the menu was $80 CAD!! If you are wanting to splurge on fresh caught seafood it’s the place to go though. So instead we got dropped off and that was the end of our day!

It was a grear day and the driver was really simpatic. It was nice to skip all thelines and just enjoy the activities. The seawalking adventure was awesome and also the fire dance was really interesting. All with our own driver who made sure everything is working out ☺️

Our guide Nyoman went wayyy beyond expectations to make this trip the most memorable for us. He was very fluent in English and dressed well , knew his way around all locations very clearly. He took us to the best places for food and site seeing where he knew the history about ppl and places in and out ! We loved his services so much that we booked him for the next day as well. Very honest and resonable prices. No bargaining was needed. The car offered was very clean and smelt fresh. He also showed us hood shopping spots. He helped navigate crowded ticketing situations and took matters in his own hands ! We recommend him without any doubt ! Trust us u will not regret booking with him.

Excellent private full day tour. Our guide was incredibly knowledgable and gave us a fantastic day in Uluwatu. We learnt a lot about everything... history, religion, culture and much more. We asked a lot of question and he, incredibly, was abble to reply them all.

Guide was great, sea walking not so much

Nyoman was our guide and he was really excellent. I wouldn't recommend the actual sea walking activity which is run by a third party company. The photos are very misleading as you actually only walk for about 10m around a single piece of coral. We also felt very sick after doing the sea walking. The rest of the tour was great, the highlight being the fire dance at Uluwatu temple.

Komang Adi was a lovely driver! Very amiable and accommodating, he was always checking what our needs were and managed to work out additional tours which not part of our original itinerary.
