Awesome team, we were impeccably looked after from start to finish. Good gear, nice boat, competent crew. Saw lots of Manta close up at Manta Point, turtles and lots of fish at the 2 drift snorkels. Couldn't ask for better, one of the best snorkeling trips I have been on.
It was such an amazing experience with Neptune Scuba Diving!

I had a wonderful experience with Neptune Scuba Diving! Joe is friendly and very helpful. She went extra miles in suggesting to us the place to eat and play, helping us arrange transportation, which I truly appreciate it! Our dive guide( Muly) is experienced in his area, where I felt safe and confident during diving. Overall, it's a 5/5 service, and I will definitely come back again!
Best snorkelling trip ever

We have had the most amazing day ever. From arriving at the stunning Scuba centre (super clean and well managed) to the most beautiful day out at sea. We booked our trip in advance via WhatsApp and the service/replies have been second to none. We picked the three stop trip which included a delicious lunch, snacks and drinks provided. It was beyond special to see the majestic mantra rays and sea turtles let alone all the beautiful fish and coral reef. Would 100% recommend Neptune and would love to visit them again. The staff are more than welcoming, kind and willing to help in any way possible. Book here and you won’t regret it!
Amazing experience with Neptune

An incredibly well organised, safe and fun snorkelling experience.
Neptune organised a transfer to pick us up from the hotel and to the dive centre where we were warmly greeted by friendly staff and refreshments.
We were given a thorough briefing on what the day would entail and then tried on all our gear including wetsuits which was all in great shape and new.
We then drove to the beach take off point where the boat was loaded and we were escorted on board. The boat was immaculate and new and the captain clearly very experienced.
Our first stop was at Manta Point where we had our own snorkel guide swimming with us and pointing out the best places. He was by our side the whole time. We saw so many manta rays which was an incredible experience.
Our second stop was near crystal bay, where we saw dolphins and sea turtles.
We then had a great lunch onboard the boat which we had pre ordered. The food was tasty and fresh.
Our last stop of the day was by the coral gardens which was amazing. The reefs here are abundant and full of life everywhere you look.
Overall this was a 10/10 day. The team at Neptune were so organised and we felt incredibly safe. There were always people on the boat and in the water with us at all times. The guys were also super friendly and couldnt do enough.

Unforgettable Birthday Experience - Bucket List!

My son (10 years) and I did the 3 stop Snorkelling trip here for my birthday, and it did not disappoint!
In fact it far exceeded any expectations we had, which I shouldn't have been surprised about based on all the positive reviews.
Communication with Julien was so prompt and informative, which made booking the trip so easy and then Joe was so friendly and engaging. All the staff at the dive centre were so friendly, and my son loved the chance to play and dive in the dive centre pool before and after the boat trip.
We saw Mantas, turtles, dolphins (lucky us!) and so many wonderful colourful fish and corals.
The entire tour experience was so professional and well run.
Amazing lunch on board the boat (green fried rice - YUM!!!).
Couldn't recommend this company and tour more highly. We are already planning our next trip back so we can complete our Open Water dive certifications with Neptune. By far the mort informative, friendly and engaging dive / snorkelling centre we have come across in Indo.
Oh, and super cute cats! (Hi Luna & Coco - from Riley).

We had the most wonderful experience with Neptune Scuba Diving. If you go to Bali ONLY use these guys, worth every cent!
They take care in their gear, their service with both our guide and owners was impeccable. So much better than anyone else we have dived with in Bali.
