Amazing snorkelling! We went to 4 different spots, plenty of beautiful fish and coral to see! Sadly didn’t see a manta ray but that is up to nature :)

Such a good trip out!! Visited 4 snorkeling spots and saw some amazing coral, fish and turtles. We saw manta Ray from the boat but missed them in the water. Would 100% recommend

We had an amazing experience snorkelling at Nusa Penida. It was our first time, and everyone was very sweet and helpful throughout. We got to see Manta Rays and Dolphins, and had a private boat to ourselves for the snorkelling. It was very safe and professional. Overall, I highly recommend booking with them.
I also want to give a special mention to our guide Cok, he was amazingly helpful, gave us so much information throughout and made sure we had a memorable experience. If we were in Bali longer we would definitely go for more of the experiences with him.

Very well organised, just the evening around 8 pm I asked via WhatsApp for a Tour the next morning, starting at our accomodation in Ubud at 6 am - The answer right away and the next morning our driver Agus arrived before time to bring us very savely to Sanur. Furtheron well supported by the other Team members we were guided to speedboat, got good seats in the top and went save to Nusa Penida to the Snorkeling Staff. At least we saw 2 Mantas and boated to 3 other beaches. There was not too much time for each beach for snorkeling but on the other hand we were back early in Ubud already at 2 pm which suited us perfectly.

Only giving 5 star because of our diver Agung. He really took care of us and made sure we had what we needed. Can't imagine doing the trip without his help because IT WAS ROUGH.
TLDR: great guides, poor facility. Did see fish, won't do it ever again.
The boat ride to the island and back were so exhausting. People are packed like sardines and it was so hot and humid inside. No dock on the island which means the boat lands on sand and you walk in the water to get up and down.
Once you get there, several different guides take you to do the snorkeling. The waiting area is messy, dirty and no place to sit. The fins they fit you on is covered in sand, and it's unclear if the snorkel gear was sanitized. It's also the most basic type, not a dry snorkel. Better to bring your own.
We did see lots of fish, thanks to the fish food the guide is giving out in the water... Like another reviewer mentioned, the first site had quite some trash in the water. The 3rd spot was the best. But you can tell that corals aren't doing well. Really hope the government do something to preserve them before it's too late. The guides took many photos for people and took care of kids/ non-swimmers/first timers, which is great.
After snorkeling, they take you to a beach club. Food there has no taste, but it's not like there are other options. You can rinse and change at the initial waiting area.

Manta ray snorkeling is amazing

My wife and I really enjoyed this excursion. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the actual experiences of swimming with a manta ray and then later in the trip with turtles were unforgettable!

Was a really really good experience and your guides where lovely! The only complain would be the time snorkeling at each spot is sooo quick we where at each spot for like 10min a and it goes by feeling like 2min. Because we where at manya bay for so quick we didn’t get to see any manta rays which was my entire reason for booking the trip. Sad to see rubbish in the oceans to and also tour guides throwing their rubbish on the floor. Besides that it was a really good day out and totally recommend!
