We hired a boat for our family which meant we could set our own agenda for the day.
Snorkelling was great on the reefs and water clarity awesome.
Really worth the time and money.
An hour snorkelling in the shallow reef. An hour lunch (provided) on the pristeen island with white sands, plenty of shells and deer. An hour snorkelling in the deeper reef where we saw the turtle! Welcoming and friendly boat crew who dive with you!
Well worth the trip. But be warned it's a 4 hour car trip each way from Seminyak, with a coffee break midway.
It’s a magical experience as ever only now it’s even better.
We were a group of 6 adults, 2 bali residents and 4 visitors, one person was severely incapacitated but wanted to participate and the guide was amazing helping with this person, swimming with them, assisting with their entry and exit from the water etc, he was also extremely knowledgeable and spoke wonderful English. This trip was a major highlight for the visitors and another wonderful snorkelling experience for us.
The guide we booked with was Nono and I would recommend requesting this guide.
