2D1N trip in nusa penida
i booked the trip by whatsapp. The staff was nice and warm. I booked boat to sanur at 4 pm. But i changed my plan sunddenly to 1 pm. They arranged for us very quick ! The guest house was nice especially nasi goreng for breakfast ! Will have penida go again for sure

Krisna helped us to arrange the boat to go to Nusa Penida. We've been there before and knew where to get a ticket etc. but we weren't sure about the current regulations, if we have to do a covid test or anything else so we reached out to Penidago. We got an instant reply, had our tickets booked and got even more helpful information right away! Highly recommended! Thanks again for your help Krisna :)
Great customer service
Ticket booking via Penidago was easy and simple and worked nice. Best was their whatsapp customer service, asking for a pick up from hotel and went all smoothly and on time. Just the boat/ferry we used did come to some age and interior would need make over. Unfort unlike oyher ferries the Semaya One Fast Bot did not offer water or refreshment towels upon arrival. But nevertheless its obly a 35 min ride.
