Outstanding experience

The Batur Volcano experience is paramount if you are a nature lover. I would like to single out that anybody can Walk through this Mountain, but is not easy specially at the begining. Wear appropiate shoes and a light jacket because at the top is windy and freezing. Once you make it to the top, the reward is garanteed :Beautiful views, nature, volcano steams and multicolor sunrise. My guide was very young, but he did the best to make me feel good and cater for my wellness. All things considered, I totally recommend this tour. You won't regret it!

The best guide and driver ever

Kuas our guide was amazing, checking on us regularly and preparing us some brilliant food at the top. He gave us some facts as well all the way around the hike. The hot springs were very nice but the changing rooms need an update. The coffee tasting was spectacular, the host making more of whatever we wanted to try more of, the tour around the plantation was very interesting, and the prices of the coffee were fair. They did need some sort of pallette cleanser though. The driver was really accommodating and made sure that we were comfortable and not worried about how much time we were spending in the places he took us, which included the springs, plantation, a woodworking workshop, and stores before taking us back to our villa. Everyone involved made this a truly unforgettable experience.

Amazing way to experience Bali’s nature and culture

This tour was amazing, our guide Kuas did a great job leading us up and down Mount Batur. We had a great time watching the sunrise as Kuas prepared eggs and banana sandwiches for us. The hot springs were very relaxing which made for a very nice way to calm down after our hike. Finally, we visited a coffee plantation and got the chance to try tons of different teas and coffees which were all amazing. This tour was great Kuas and our driver did a great job and it made for an amazing first day in Bali.

Unbelievable experience that went above and beyond!

Had high expectations but the hiking guide Kuas (would highly recommend specifically asking for him) was unbelievable and really made the experience. The driver was also phenomenal and was extremely accommodating taking us to the coffee plantation in addition which had some of the best coffee you will ever try. He also took us to other sites such as to see how the arts in Ubud were made free of charge so we could maximise our experience, just incredible! This is my first day in Bali but I honestly can’t see it getting any better, couldn’t recommend this anymore!

Mount Batur hike - awesome!

I booked very last minute, and the communication through WhatsApp was great. I joined two other people on the trip. The pick up from Canggu was on time, the driver was nice. We picked up local guide Subagia - he guided us up Mount Batur. He had sticks for us to use for walking (very Very useful!!), torches, and water. We stopped regularly to catch our breath, and we were on top of Batur in very good time for sunrise. He took us to a small volcano vent where steam was rising and showed us how he was cooking our breakfast eggs! So cool. We then saw sunrise, looked down into the crater, and walked a different path back down (picturesque, more gentle walk, I wouldn’t have wanted to walk down the path we walked up so this was perfect). Then we met the driver, went to the hot springs and coffee plantation. A great day, managed efficiently and always friendly. Would definitely recommend. The only frustrating thing (and this is totally not able to be controlled by any of the tour companies) is there are off-road motorbikes using some of the paths, sometimes a lot of them, and I think this is quite dangerous. So overall, great, but be ready to dodge a few motorbikes, regardless of who you book with!
